- The infrastructure is already completes which is making it easier for our customer to come to our bakery. The area is mostly populated by the Malay people. This location is also in a developing area with a large population of consumer that will buy our product.
- We also choose this location because there don’t have any bakery shop nearby. Besides that, we can also offer a package of learning bakery courses because the location is surrounded by educational institutes such as UITM Sri Iskandar, UTP and other private colleges. So we are very confident that this location will give us a great profit for the business.
